Return & Refund Policy for The Luxora Life Last updated: 03/31/2026 We provide 30-day return service for unused cosmetic storage bags and makeup organizers. 1. Return Eligibility Items must be unused, unwashed, kept in original packaging, with all tags intact. Personal used hygiene storage products cannot be returned for health reasons. 2. How to Apply Return Please send an email to support@theluxoralife.com with your order number within 30 days after package delivery. We will guide you through the return process. 3. Refund Process After we receive and inspect your returned makeup storage bag, we will approve your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. 4. Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive broken, damaged or incorrect storage products, please contact us immediately with photos. We will offer replacement or full refund free of charge. 5.
